Baker College of Flint to launch remodeled accelerated BBA program

Ideal for transfer students, professionals looking to change direction

FLINT, Mich. – Baker College of Flint has transformed the accelerated bachelor of business administration (BBA) degree program to offer a more direct route to degree completion. The updated program will accept its first cohort 2014 fall quarter. Classes begin Sept. 29.

“This redesigned accelerated BBA program provides more benefits for transfer students and working professionals,” said John Cote, Ph.D., dean of business administration. “Students can transfer a larger number of courses, even those that were required for associate degrees unrelated to business. It’s a great fit for professionals from non-business areas who are looking for a change in direction.”

Cote said that students with enough previous credits or qualified work or military experience can potentially complete this BBA degree in five quarters. Many classes are available in the evenings and online, making the program convenient for those who work full time.
