Blues, Brews and Barbecue Celebrates Fifth Annual Event with New Location

Birch Run Premium Outlets, celebrating its 30th year of business, will play host to the fifth annual Blues, Brews and Barbecue, put on by the Birch Run Chamber of Commerce and Convention Visitors Bureau, the weekend of July 29 and 30.

The highly attended event is built around celebrating three things that are uniquely American- the blues, craft brews and BBQ. In addition to celebrating all things American, Birch Run Premium Outlets is celebrating their 30th anniversary and continued involvement in the Village of Birch Run.

Event attendees will enjoy live music, cold beverages, smoking hot BBQ and five bands who will keep the jams going throughout the two day-long event. The event also features a Kansas City BBQ Society Competition which brings in over 40 of the best BBQ teams in the Great Lakes Region and the country, as they compete for their share of the $10,000 prize pool which is the largest in the State of Michigan, it is also a State Championship enabling the Grand Champion to be eligible for the Jack Daniel World Championship and the American Royal Invitational.
