Every Tuesday right here on the The Hartland Patch, we are answering all your health and fitness questions. This week we have a great question from Abby, who has always been told it's best to lose all your weight first before you begin a strength training routine. We then take a moment to demonstrate an awesome exercise to tone those triceps called Tricep Kickbacks.
