Welcome back to "Ask the Trainer Tuesday". We were contacted by Melissa who wanted to know what exercises she can do without weights or any kind of equipment. There are a lot of things we can do easily from home or at the gym that don't require any equipment at all in fact many our clients cringe when we ask them to do exercises that use just their own body weight. They can be the most challenging.
Today I will demonstrate with Melissa in her home 2 exercises, one for the back and another for the chest, that use nothing but her own body weight to get the job done.
