Whistleblower: Bradley Manning

I don't think I have read any articles about Bradley Manning in our local paper and those here in Livingston Cty may not know about this brave soldier who leaked info on war crimes while he was stationed in Iraq.

Bradley Manning is being supported by many of us who believe  Bradley is a "Whistleblower: noun. a person who tells the people what the government does not want us to know. See also: hero, patriot, Bradley Manning."

Bradley Manning's legal defense team is trying to get the charges against him dismissed due to the torture he has received while imprisoned at Quantico, VA.

“I conclude that the 11 months under conditions of solitary confinement(regardless of the name given to his regime by the prison authorities) constitutes at a minimum cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment in violation of article 16 of the convention against torture,” Juan Mendez, UN special rapporteur on torture.
