3 on 3 Guts Frisbee Tourney

Hartland Iron Man 3v3 Indoor Guts Tournament brings top-level play back to Hartland, the home to
some of the greatest players in Guts history, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7 and Sunday, Jan. 8 at Hartland High School.

Guts Frisbee™ is he oldest disc sport; it's a fast-paced throwing and catching sport played between two teams of one to five players.

Teams line up facing each other on parallel lines 14 meters apart. Play starts as a player from one team throws the disc at the opposing side, within reach of at least one player of that team.

The objective is to throw in a way (fast, tricky, etc.) that the other team can’t make a clean catch. Points are scored based on the success or failure of each throw. Games are played to 21 points. A 2-point margin is needed for victory.

It costs nothing to attend and $10 for a rookie or $25 for a veteran player to participate. Players should arrive around 9 a.m. to register.
