HAYAA Cheer/Pom Registration - 2012

Registration is for all girls in grades 1st – 8th

· The Registration cost to participate in the Cheer/Pom program this year is $175.00.  There will be a $40 late fee applied to ALL registrations starting May 1st.

· Registration will be CLOSED on April 30th, (sorry
no exceptions).  

· All Participants will need to turn in a Deposit
Check at registration in the amount of $200.00 post dated for 9/01/2011 for uniform deposit and volunteer work hours (this check is not cashed and is destroyed at the end of the season when the uniform is returned in good condition and you have worked your volunteer hours).
