Hayaa Football Registration-LAST CHANCE!

Last Chance Hartland Youth Area Football  registration will take place on Saturday,   March 19 at Ore Creek Middle School from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (players must be present for jersey sizing)

$215 / $205 for each additional family member.  ($200 deposit for equipment & volunteer time – will not be cashed unless equipment is not returned and/or volunteer time not served)

 Bring a copy  of your birth certificate and most current report card.

Physicals are required before 8/1/11, but must be completed 4/1/11 or after for the football season.

A late of $25 plus possible printing costs will be charged for all registrations after March 31, 2011 and placement on team is NOT guaranteed.
