By Tammy Pardun
On Friday, March 2nd, the Hartland High School Varsity Cheer Team competed at the 2012 MHSAA Competitive Cheer State Finals. The team earned the title of Fourth Place in the State of Michigan in their Division 1 Competition.
The event was hosted at the DeltaPlex Arena in Grand Rapids where only Regional winners qualify to compete. The team competed in three rounds, which each showcase different skills. They had dissappointing first and second round scores, only to wow the entire Arena with their breathtaking third round.
