Hartland Men's Lacrosse Adds Another Win

It was senior night and HAYAA night during the Monday night men's lacrosse game against Walled Lake Northern with an ending score of 9-7.

"It was a tough game from the start to the end, with a couple different lead changes," coach Trenton Gafner wrote to an email to Patch. "In the end Hartland pulled if off with locking down on defense. With Rocky Crotty in the net making some huge saves for us.  

"But it was Rocky and most all the Defensive Middies leading the charge with some nice clears to set up great transition goals. Dane Bourdo had a couple key face-off wins for us and ended the night with two goals.

"Chris Griffin had 2 goals and 1 assit, Andrew Skowyra had 2 goals and 3 assits, Jimmy McCann, Eric Poisson and Austin Eicher all had 1 goal and Alec Bain had 2 assits and Will Highland had 1 assist.  

Hartland will play Walled Lake Central on Wednesday for their last KLAA game before the KLAA Crossover game.
