Lion King comes to Hartland

The top grossing musical on Broadway of all time, the Lion King, is America's favorite musical! Now with off Broadway tours and licensing to schools, it has permeated the fabric of our nation and the world. Hartland will soon experience this incredible Disney magic when the Prelude Theater Group, under the direction of Executive Producer/Director, Jason Eaton, will perform the Lion King Jr., with a cast of 100, complete with all the thrills of the Broadway show. "We have all the incredible costumes, puppetry, sets, choreography and special effects the Broadway show has, and we are putting our locally talented cast right in the middle of this incredible spectacle. You won't want to miss this show! No other Lion King Jr. show has attempted such a large scale production!", Eaton explains. The cast and crew have been working since last June to pull together this mammoth of a show.

The show will be coming to the Hartland Performing Arts Center, 9525 Highland Rd., Howell, MI on April 6th-9th, 2017 with showtimes of 7 PM for the Thursday-Saturday (April 6th-8th) shows, and a Matinee time of 5 PM for Sunday, April 9th.
