Easter is now over and some people are on vacation this week, but there's still plenty going on. Here are some events you might be interested in:

  • 7 p.m. Monday the Hartland Township Board of Trustees will convene a special meeting at l, 2655 Clark Rd. The agenda includes discussing delinquent sewer assessments and staffing in the planning department.
  • 7 p.m. Monday the Hartland Board of Education will hold a regular meeting at the , 9525 E. Highland Rd. The agenda includes a presentation from .
  • 7 p.m. Tuesday the will hold its monthly meeting at the Hartland Educational Support Service Center, 9526 E. Highland Rd.
  • 6:30 p.m. Wednesday the of the Cromaine District Library, 1788 N Old Us 23, will show Frida, a highly-regarded biopic of Frida Kahlo, wife of fellow artist Diego Rivera. The cost is free.
  • 7 p.m. Thursday the Hartland Township Planning Commission will meet at Township Hall, 2655 Clark Rd. The agenda includes a public hearing on a request that a personal woodworking shop would be permitted within a commercial building.
