We are Bright Green USA.  A local manufacturer of “Living Wall Planters and Systems” has applied for a grant from Chase as part of a newly launched program “Mission Main Street” Grants. Bright Green had to submit a questionnaire outlining a business plan that will result in growth of business and receive at least 250 votes to be eligible for the grant. Customers, fans and community can show support for Bright Green USA by voting at www.missionmainstreetgrants.com using Facebook Connect.

The voting deadline is October 17, 2014 and grant will be selected by expert panelists “Bright Green is striving to grow and expand the manufacturing and distribution of our GroVerts ( vertical frame kits and trays ) . Receiving such as this would affort us the opportunity to continue to employ and manufacture our product in Michigan. Thus enable Bright Green to fulfill the demand for handmade frame kits and allow us to spread the word of the environmental benefits of vertical plantings in our homes and cities.,” said  James Rizzo partnering owner and Director of Sales and Marketing.

The 20 grant recipients will be announced January 2015.
