There is nothing more exciting to me then to watch my garden starting up for the year! I have to admit to being impatient, though...here in Hartland I live in a heavily wooded area so I think my plants are a little behind. My valerian, peonies and lavender are just getting buds now. Peonies are one of my favs, though, and they aren't even close to blooming, so here is an earlier shot of a tulip in my yard that resembles a peony!
