Wendy Day a New Kind of Candidate

Wendy Day, Candidate for the 47th District House Seat, is providing the public with her private cell phone number and pledges NOT to change it when she is elected.  If voters have questions about the campaign or issues of the day, they can contact Wendy directly at 517-652-5855.   

“That has been my number for many years,” says Day, “and if I get the honor of serving the people of the 47th District, I will keep that number so that folks can reach me directly.”

This comes as we approach the 5-year anniversary of the first Tea Party Rally in Michigan, which Day helped organize. The movement highlighted, among other things, a desire of voters to have servant leaders who understand that they work for the people.  Wendy Day is currently on a listening tour in the District and is learning about alternatives to a gas tax increase. She wants to make Michigan a state where our children can prosper and raise their families.

"Citizens of Livingston County deserve to have a Representative who will be personally available to them,” says Wendy Day, “and I plan to be that kind of Candidate and Legislator.”
