• Ecorse Road to close as part of I-94 reconstruction (newsbreak.com) — Drivers in and around Inkster should prepare for Ecorse Road’s closure under I-94 in Taylor from Monday morning, Oct. 5, through Friday evening, Oct. 9, with detours routed along Inkster Road and Van Born. The work is part of MDOT’s long-term Restore 94 reconstruction affecting several Downriver communities, so expect delays and check Restore94.com for weather-related changes.
