• Sagola Township preparing to debut new sledding hill (ironmountaindailynews.com) — Sagola Township is getting ready to open a new free sledding hill near Channing, with two 300-foot runs designed for both thrill-seekers and younger kids once enough snow falls. The project, part of broader efforts to grow local recreation, has drawn support from area businesses, including Bink's Coca-Cola in Iron Mountain, which helped fund a new scoreboard in Channing.
