Nursing Hiring Fair for the new Crisis Care Center

Join us for a Hiring Fair to allow Registered Nurses of all skill levels to learn more about the Crisis Care Center, meet with Human Resources and Crisis Care Center hiring staff, and experience a tour of the new state-of-the-art facilities.

Now hiring Registered Nurses for the new Crisis Care Center. 

• Full-time, part-time, relief and float positions available.
• Days, nights, weekdays and weekends available.
• Compensation starting at a minimum of $63,420 annually or $30.49 per hour adjusted based on relevant education and experience.
• Shift incentives for nights and weekends. 
• Up to $4,000 sign on bonus.

Nursing positions available include: 

• Adult Crisis Services 
• Youth Crisis Services (Families Forward)
• Mobile Crisis Services
• Bridges Crisis Unit (24/7 short-term treatment and care)
• Integrated Treatment and Recovery Services
• Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit (opening Summer 2026)
• Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit (opening later in 2026)

The new Crisis Care Center, located at 2900 Stabler St. on the former McLaren Greenlawn campus in Lansing, is one of the region’s most significant behavioral health investments. The Crisis Care Center expands access to compassionate, timely behavioral health support for youth, adults and families across the community. Nursing positions within Adult Crisis Services and Youth Crisis Services (Families Forward) are available immediately, with the region’s first Crisis Stabilization Unit for both adults and children opening in phases over the next year.
