• Lincoln Park council to hold presentation on water rate hikes (thenewsherald.com) — Lincoln Park residents face water and sewer bill hikes of 15–28% that began September 1, with additional 3% annual increases planned for about a decade. City contractors Plante Moran and Hennessey Engineers will explain the rate study and infrastructure needs at Monday’s 6 p.m. council meeting at the Kennedy Memorial Building, where residents can ask questions during public comment.
