That's slightly higher than Michigan's statewide E85 average of $3.30, as broader refinery outages and global oil tensions continue to keep fuel costs elevated heading into late summer.
   

• Nessel announces public administrator appointments (legalnews.com) — Macomb County residents dealing with estates without wills will now see Angelo Donofrio serving as their county public administrator, handling assets when there are no known heirs. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel also named Patricia Davis to the same role in Marquette County, emphasizing both attorneys' experience and commitment to their communities.
