Why did The Patch not do a story on the Police Situation that happened Sunday morning Sept 8, 2013. Something happened on I-94 at the New Haven Exit. Car was pulled over to the side in the weeds. Chesterfield and State Police were searching for something/someone. Story I heard had something to do with the jail.
