The Chesterfield Fire Department will hold an open house Sunday, Oct. 9, from noon-3 p.m. to kick off Fire Prevention Week.
Stop in and meet area firefighters and "Sparky" the fire dog. Activities include station tours, "Jaws of Life" demonstrations, truck displays, and a firefighting simulator and smokehouse for the kids. Plus you'll pick up plenty of good advice on keeping your home and your loved ones safe.
