Have you ever wondered if meditation is for you? Here's your chance to try it for free. Santosha Yoga is offering a free workshop on Feb. 20, from 7-8 pm, where you'll learn the benefits, the basic techniques, overcoming the obstacles, and the class ends in a guided meditation. Again, the session is free, but you are invited to donate something, which will then be given to area charities.
