Pilates

Tone your core, lenghten and strenghten your muscles.  A short flowing yoga warm-up at the start of class and a yoga cool-down at the end of class to send you on your way.  The rest of class will be a flow between mat pilates and yoga.  Toning your core, shoulders, and legs to support your back, knees, and improve your posture.  Please bring a yoga mat to class.  If you have issues with your tailbone, please bring 2 mats to stack.
