Innovation through the Eyes of the Customer

The Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SHRCCI) will sponsor a “Network and Learn” on Tuesday, March 4 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Place, 45400 Utica Park Place, Utica. This seminar will help you connect with your customers so they’ll stay connected to you. What is the “Customer Experience”?  What does your customer experience when they do business with you?  The program will be presented by Bill Griffith, owner of WJG Business Concepts, who brings over 40 years of experience to his presentations. He will share some proven techniques to improve your customer loyalty results. Cost for the event is $10 for pre-registered Chamber Members; $20 ‘not-yet’ members and unregistered guests and includes appetizers with a cash bar.
