Viewfinder: What's Cooking at The Shoreliner

Anchor Bay culinary arts students learn all aspects of running a restaurant at The Shoreliner.

Hot soup, crisp salads, and culinary talent are on the menu at The Shoreliner restaurant inside in Chesterfield Township.

The student-operated restaurant is overseen by chef Garret Wrightner and Theresa Kopson.

"The students get training so they may not only learn to take care of themselves, but get careers in the culinary arts field," said Kopson. "They'll develop skills so they can get hired in at positions other than just entry level."
