13th Annual Rock Camp 2015

Broughton Music & Art Center’s 13th Annual Rock Camp is a week long day camp from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday, July 27 to Friday, July 31 and Grand Finale performance on Saturday, August 1.

Several rock groups are formed to compliment like ages and abilities. Each group will have two rehearsal sessions each day with their band coach, plus a daily open jam improvisation class or hand-drumming class, along with a photography/CD & Concert poster design class.

On Friday, each group will record the music they’ve learned along with enjoying a pizza/ice cream lunch party! Saturday, August 1 is ’Grand Finale’ camp concert day and each band will perform and record their music live! Each rock camper will receive a ’studio cut’ and ’live cut’ CD of all the songs they’ve recorded in a CD jacket of their group’s design.

This camp is great for parents too, we serve breakfast every morning, just get your rocker to camp with instrument and sack lunch, and we take care of the rest!
