"Coping Cat" Anxiety Program for Children/Teens Ages 7-17

Now enrolling for Spring 2016!

“Coping Cat” and “C.A.T. Project” Anxiety Program for children/teens (7-17 year olds)

Empirically-supported CBT to reduce anxious distress in youth. The Coping Cat Anxiety program is offered for children and teens ages 7-17 who have excessive worry and anxiety, and feel overwhelmed and distressed. Children and teens who are anxious often have a hard time with relationships, school, and life at home. This program offers hands on skills that they can start using immediately for better functioning in all areas of their life.

· Excessive worry

· Sleep problems

· Separation anxiety

· Self-esteem/confidence issues

· Inability to relax and have fun

· Performance anxiety, such as poor performance on tests or in sports

· Problems with memory, such as remembering homework assignments or chores

· Fears and phobias

· Perfectionism

· Social problems such as bullying or social anxiety…and more!

Session Dates

Cost

$540 includes over 9 hours of individual therapy:

1 parent session focused on teaching parents skills to help decrease your child’s anxiety

8 sessions designed to teach your child coping skills to help manage anxiety customed tailored to your child

All materials including “Coping Cat” skills workbook for children and parent resource guide
