Audrey, Student at Northville/Plymouth Brightmont Academy, Honored as Student of the Month

Brightmont Academy, a private school offering one-to-one instruction exclusively, has 10 campuses nationwide. They recently selected Audrey, a student at Michigan's Northville/Plymouth campus, as the organization's Student of the Month.

In the spring of 2015, Audrey came to Brightmont Academy - Northville for the first time seeking a change. As a smart student who was not achieving the academic results she knew she could, she had lost confidence in herself. Audrey was determined to prove to herself that it was the academic environment, not her ability that was posing challenges. After a short time as a full-time student at Brightmont, Audrey proved to herself and others that she is quite capable and just needed the right environment.

As a result of regaining her self-confidence, Audrey transitioned to classes at her local school while still attending Brightmont part-time. "Watching Audrey grow from a student who was unsure to one who now knows she can do anything she puts her mind to is one of the most rewarding experiences ever!" said Sue Estrada, Campus Director of the Northville/Plymouth campus. Now, Audrey is moving into her senior year with high hopes and expectations!

The Brightmont Academy Northville campus is hosting an Open House on Oct 5th from noon-2:00pm, and the Birmingham campus also has an Open House scheduled for Oct 12th from noon-2:00. We invite the community to come tour the campus, meet staff, and learn more about one-to-one instruction.
