Let's face it finding a good stylist that respects your time, listens to you, does a great job and is drama free can be a challenge to find. So what happens when the stylist who has been doing your hair for a long time starts to do just an average job or you see another stylist in the same salon doing great hair and you want to change to that stylist? My advice is to JUST do it! Every salon owner wants to have happy loyal customers, they want you to go to whomever on their staff will make you happy. Simply call the owner of the salon, tell them your predicament and find out the other stylist's schedule. If you are lucky you will find a time when the new stylist is there and the old stylist is not, if not don't worry it's just business and it is YOUR hair and the most important thing is that YOU are happy! The owner of the salon will handle the transition and will be grateful for your business and candidness and will make sure your visits will be amazing and stress free. Just make sure you approach the salon owner with both respect and honesty. If you run into the other stylist during your appointment simply give a friendly greeting, there is no need to explain and please do not feel uncomfortable, changes happen all the time. The salon and stylist you choose is a very personal decision, so choose the stylist that you feel will make you look and feel beautiful! Now relax and enjoy, lets face it we are busy and we all need some me time!
