Quick Healthy Dinner Idea
Quick and easy dinner using healthy quinoa. It takes almost no time and it is satifying.

I often have little time to make dinner during the week. I try to make quick dinners using what I have on hand. This is what I made tonight. It turned out good and filled me up in a healthy way. Let me know what you think.
Quinoa with Shrimp and Veggies

2 cups veggie broth
1 cup quinoa

1 cup frozen corn
1 cups frozen peas
3 green onions
1 lb cooked frozen shrimp
1 TBS toasted sesame oil
1 TBS cocount oil
Garlic salt to taste
The veggie broth and quiona go into a pot brought to a boil and cooked for about 20 minutes. Then just throw in everything else and saute for 5-7 minutes. Everything in one pot and you can use whatever veggies you have on hand. Quick, easy and satisfying!
