Travelers Be Wary When Driving Near Detroit Metro Airport

While the housing market seems to have stabilized and may even be on the upswing, values are still low compared to pre-recession levels. Fortunately for the homeowner, but unfortunately for cities, tax bases have decreased as well, which means city revenues are down. As budgets are tightened, some cities may actually be turning to the tactic of writing more traffic tickets as a way to raise revenue—unofficially, of course.
