Browndog Creamery Celebrates Grand Opening Friday
The new microcreamery, which tries to use Michigan-sourced ingredients, had its soft opening Feb. 14.
A new microcreamery and dessert shop on Main Street in Northville will mark its grand opening Friday, March 6, according to a Metromode report.
Browndog Creamery & Dessert Bar, which shares space at 118 E. Main St., with Chocolates by Renee, specializes in ice cream and desserts that try to use ingredients found around the state, including the milk in the ice cream, the report stated. Browndog soft-opened Feb. 14, the report added.
The new business is a new venture by the owner of Stuart’s Ice Cream & Yougurt, a seasonal shop in Novi, the report stated.
