Here are some of the cases from the 35th District Court – which serves Northville, Plymouth and Canton – in March.

Tony Grimes of Novi, birthdate: May 27, 1966,

• Operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and a firearms weapons violation on December 24, 2010.
  
• Pleaded guilty at a pre-trial hearing; sentenced on March 7, 2011, to delayed probation and substance abuse treatment.

Karima Annette Oven of Ypsilanti, birthdate: October 2, 1981:

• Embezzlement of an amount of more than $200 but less than $1,000, on November 18, 2010, in Canton. 
• Set for pretrial.

Raymond Dennis Day of Plymouth, birthdate: October 20, 1989

• Violated his probation on March 14, 2011, for his initial charge of Reckless Operation of a Vehicle and Possession of Marijuana in Plymouth on September 16, 2009. 
• Did not fulfill his probation requirements and a hearing was set.

Theodore Wayne Newman of Livonia, birthdate: Apil 15, 1948:

• Indecent exposure on February 5, 2011, at 12:31pm, in Plymouth. 
• Arraigned and pleaded guilty on March 14, 2011; nine months probation.
