Discover Art, Music, Food and Community at the 2026 Northville Art House Art Market

Looking for the perfect summer weekend outing? The Northville Art House invites the community to experience three days of creativity, entertainment, and local flavor during the 2026 Northville Art House Art Market, taking place Friday, August 14 through Sunday, August 16 in historic downtown Northville.

The free, family-friendly event transforms downtown into an outdoor gallery featuring nearly 100 artists, food vendors, sponsors, community partners, and downtown businesses. Visitors can browse original artwork, meet the artists, enjoy live music, watch demonstrations, and spend the day exploring Northville’s unique shops and restaurants. The market takes place Friday from 3–8 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.–8 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m.–3 p.m.

This year’s Art Market showcases more than 85 juried artists working in painting, ceramics, photography, jewelry, glass, sculpture, woodworking, fiber art, mixed media, metalwork, printmaking, and more. Artists represent 16 Michigan counties and six states, with more than half coming from Metro Detroit and over 80 percent calling Michigan home.

Whether you’re searching for a statement piece for your home, handcrafted jewelry, unique gifts, or simply enjoy discovering new artists, you’ll find hundreds of one-of-a-kind creations throughout the weekend.

Adding to the festival atmosphere is a full lineup of activities, and entertainment. Each day, visitors can enjoy the Interactive Art Activity Tent with artist Stacy Pearson, sponsored by Orin Jewelers, along with a variety of food vendors offering coffee, sweet treats, roasted nuts, frozen custard, and Mexican cuisine.

On Saturday the Northville Art House will announce its Art Market Awards at 10:30 a.m., recognizing outstanding artists and booths. Live music fills Town Square with Lily Bowen performing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by Anne Domini from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., creating the perfect soundtrack for a day of art and community.

The Art Market is also an opportunity to support independent artists and local businesses. Every purchase directly supports creative entrepreneurs while encouraging visitors to experience Northville’s restaurants, boutiques, cafés, and small businesses.
