Library Hosts Program about the Underground Railroad

Northville District Library has a special presentation planned about The Underground Railroad in Michigan on Monday, Feb. 27. The program begins at 7 p.m. in the library’s main meeting room.
 
Those who attend will discover the vital role Michigan played in the national effort to end slavery. Carol Mull, author of The Underground Railroad in Michigan, will talk about the anti-slavery sentiment and the network of escape routes.
