'Halloween Soup' Offers Not-So-Spooky Family Fun

Northville's historic Marquis Theater is presenting a family friendly play all month long.

A not-so-spooky play about Granny, whose annual tradition of preparing Halloween soup in the haunted mansion she shares with her four daughters is threatened by a bank foreclosure, opens Saturday for a month-long run at Northville’s historic Marquis Theatre.

“Halloween Soup” offers side-splitting laughs, huge musical numbers and some classic Halloween humor as Granny and her girls try to distract the banker, save their home and finish the traditional soup.
