Our professional team of coordinators are working behind the scenes to resolve issues and to make sure no details are missed. We oversee vendors and assist with set-up while ensuring everything is the way you envisioned it. You will be able to relax and have a fun stress-free day! We pass along discounts on save-the-dates, wedding invitations, programs, bridal accessories, menu cards, maps, gown preservation, calligraphy services and more!

• Up to 3 Meetings included (Initial consult via phone, skype or in-person, Details/Logistics meeting, and Final drop-off of items meeting) Extra hours may be purchased at $75 per hour if you feel you need more meetings or consider Princess Service
  
  
• You will be assigned 1 Wedding Planner and up to 2 Event Assistants on Day-of

• You have us for up to 12 hours trouble-shooting starting with ceremony coordination including prompting musicians, ushers, wedding party, vendors, family and guests. An 8 hour package can be purchased please inquire to discuss.
  
  
• You receive Vendor referrals as requested that fit your personality and budget
  
  
• You may use our Extensive Emergency Kit
  
  
• You will have peace of mind as we Confirm with Vendors the week-of to tweak any issues (please email your vendor contracts to us)
  
  
• You don’t have to wear a watch as we Coordinate events at Reception (grand entrance, dining, dances, toasts, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss)
  
  
• You can rest assured that your guest tables will have the correct number of chairs, favors, etc.
  
  
• You don’t have to pack up anything at the end as we place your items in assigned vehicle(s)
  
  
• You don’t have to pay the florist extra to pin on corsages, boutonnieres, distribute bouquets to wedding party
  
  
• You can count on us for Basic Set-up and collection of unity candle, guest book/pen, escort cards, pictures, favors, tape loose cards to gifts, box top of wedding cake, wash and pack toasting flutes, cake and knife server. Extra set-up beyond this may require a additional fee please inquire
  
  
• You want your bouquet preserved after the wedding we can coordinate this for you (must be pre-arranged with deposit)
  
  
• You will have our team greeting and assisting your guests with escort cards, reception seating and questions
  
  
• You can rely on us to dim lights, check restrooms, and coordinate with Banquet Room Manager
  
  
• You can have us distribute your final vendor payments/tips

MYTH: Your reception venue “coordinator” will help you plan your wedding, WRONG! The service they provide is completely different than ours please don’t be fooled.

TRUTH:

We often hear couples say that they “don’t need an outside planner” because their venue has a coordinator, and unfortunately, some couples find out they should have hired a Day of Coordinator after it’s too late. They are left feeling dissapointed with things that fell through the cracks. The venue coordinator is there to manage the services being provided by the venue. A good venue coordinator will assist you with items like table arrangements, place settings and linens and opening the building for vendor deliveries. They will NOT call your vendors to verify anything the week before the wedding, find you vendors that meet your budget, call your bakery with your final numbers, uncover any mistakes or help you to trouble-shoot issues with vendors. The venue coordinator’s are great but typically will leave after dinner service we stay until the end. It’s important to understand what they will and won’t do for you, so you can be properly prepared.

We will gather some basic wedding details and you then decide between a complimentary in-person, skype or phone chat one-hour session with us. We will chat about your goals, desired outcome and if you’re ready to get started we begin our partnership! An investment with us gives you peace of mind to know we are there fixing anything that goes wrong.
