Main Street League Presents Amazing Grapes and a Thanksgiving Pie Drive

There is no question about it… Giving Back feels great.  Giving back to your own community and seeing the difference you can make among those who could literally live right in your back yard- even better. Most of the people who need help, were once like you and me-  Gainfully employed, thriving, and enjoying life.  A sudden illness for you or a family member, a lay-off, a death of a spouse… Overnight,  your world could be turned upside down and your needs could suddenly change. There are currently more than 190 families being served by the Northville Civic Concern, a non-profit food bank, which the Main Street League actively supports. There are so many great opportunities for you and your entire family to help those less fortunate in your own community and have fun during the process. Here are just a few ideas …

On November 21st, The Main Street League will be holding its first Amazing Grapes Benefit for the Northville Civic Concern. Tickets have already sold out, but if you would like to contribute to this great cause, please send an email to mainstreetleague@gmail.com

The Main Street League Juniors will be participating in a Thanksgiving Pie Drive for the Northville Civic Concern on Friday, November 22.  This will be an amazing opportunity to teach our kids to help those less fortunate from shopping for the ingredients and preparing the pies, to delivering them. If you are interested in learning more about the Main Street League Juniors or would like to learn more about this event, please send an email to the mainstreetleague@gmail.com.
