Northville High School’s Drama Club is a group that allows students to explore and expand their creative side and pursue their passion for the theatre. It is run by students and encompasses all things theatre: acting, singing and dancing, designing, costuming and building sets, lighting and audio, as well as marketing and promotion. Students are able to learn their skills from professionals who direct and design the sets. With a growing club of more than 80 students, the productions attract thousands of attendees each year. The club stages three productions each year: a fall play, a student-run winter production, and a spring musical: Disney’s The Little Mermaid, April 21-23, 2016. Details on all NHS Drama Club performances are available on www.nhstheatre.com.
