Northville Park Place Lands 11 Eateries, Specialty Shops

Eleven restaurants and retail stores have announced they’ll open locations at the Northville Park Place shopping center expected to open later this year at 7 Mile Road and Haggerty.

The Detroit free Press said tenants so far are:

• Tom + Chee
• Red Olive
• Sports Clips
• Gazelle Sports
• MOD Pizza
• Chipotle
• Jimmy John’s
• BurgerFi
• Granite City Food & Brewery
• Rusty Bucket
• Sherwin Williams

The new mall is being developed on land that was once part of the old Northville Psychiatric Hospital property, where the first phase of the Northville Park Place development was the University of Michigan’s Northville Health Center, which opened last year.
