Northville Rotary Scouts Spots for Little Free Libraries

The group is looking for 6 locations in the area for a project that could have residents reading and sharing more books for free.

A Northville Rotary Club project to put books in the hands of more residents is getting ready to turn the next page.

The group’s Little Free Library undertaking needs six locations for the kiosk boxes members are currently building, according to a HometownLife report. Once completed, residents will be able to choose a book to take and read for free, as well as leave one of their own for someone else, the report added.

The mini-libraries were built in February at Home Depot, and paint and other finishing touches are still being added to them, the report stated. Locations haven’t been determined, but some potential spots have included Northville Township Hall and Ford Field, the report added.
