Always Basketball ELITE
(Education & Leadership In a Team Environment)

Always Basketball ELITE is a program that will develop the skills necessary to compete in the classroom, on the basketball court and in life. We teach and emphasize leadership and the importance of a strong education. We stress these skills while being a part of a team to give each player the opportunity to be themselves while being together with a single group with the same goals.

Always Basketball ELITE offers youth an opportunity to play against some of the best competition in their age group. We believe that besides basketball, an athlete should be a student first. In 2012 the NCAA instituted new academic requirements that go into place in 2016. That is why we require our players to maintain grades that are acceptable to being a student first. All players will need a qualifying GPA of 3.0 or better to be eligible to tryout for our teams.

TRYOUTS for boys 16u, 15u, and 14u

14 & Under: An athlete can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2015

15U/9th Grade: An athlete can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2015. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 9th grade as of Oct 1, 2014 and who is no older than 16 on August 31, 2015 is eligible to play in the 15U/9th grade division

16U/10th Grade: An athlete can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2015. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 10th grade as of Oct 1, 2014 and who is no older than 17 on August 31, 2015 is eligible to play in the 16U/10th grade division.

Cost - $5 can be paid at door or on our website www.alwaysbasketball.com/teams (Click your age)

**Please note**

ALL players must provide a copy of their recent report card to be able to tryout. Always Basketball ELITE requires all players playing for our teams to have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
