Quarterback Nick Lauderback hit Brett Rankin for a 45 yd TD aerial. Rankin made a beautiful

over the shoulder grab and scampered through several defenders to his destination.Jake

Willerer kicked for two. End of the 1st half 8­0.

Several defensive stops were garnered by Matthew Barnett, Cayden Saunders,and Gavin

Nafso, until 10:10 of the 3rd quarter. Livonia rumbled in for six but failed to convert for the extra

Points 8-­6 N’ville. After more stops on the “D” by Kellen Gonda, Danny Sheehan and Parker

Ladach, a pivotal yet shadowy occurrence unfolded. The Colts punted on fourth down, and

seemingly stopped the ball carrier. As players disassembled from the cloistered mass, the

runner, deemed NOT tackled ran the extra 50 yards for the score. 14­-8 Blue Jays. That took the oats

out of the Colts as Livonia’s Pittenger score again on the following drive.

Lauderback and his squad were not done however, as Nick ran for a nice 28 yd dash to the

two, followed by another keeper for the score. Jake Willerer followed with a two point

conversion, for the 26­-16 final.

Notable play by Brett Rudolph, Nolan O’Callaghan, Adam Harp, and Mo Shaik should be

recognized for their contributions.
