
Liza Baker will feature two full-of-veggies recipes: Southwestern Gazpacho (vegan, GF, DF) and Roasted Ratatouille (vegan, GF, DF), over Soft Polenta (vegetarian, GF). As part of her presentation, she will include some ideas for “flipping” the leftovers to create more meals and minimize waste. Included is a special wine tasting with Heidi Mason and Oyster Bay Wines. The cost is $20 per person to attend.
