The Verdurous Me Wellness Center seeks adult men and women ages 25 to 55 with anxiety, stress or long-term weight loss issues for a trial study. The purpose of the study is track your autonomic systems and assess how you process external control in daily activities when aided by use of biofeedback tools and technology.

The study involves electronic tracking of your autonomic systems (such as heart rhythms, breathing, and pulse) to measure your response to various situations. The study will occur over a 4-6 week period.
Study-related sessions are provided free of charge.
