An exhibit of 8 pieces of commissioned artwork and 11 pieces of photography celebrating Detroit’s pride is now on display at Fox Run retirement community, 41000 Thirteen Mile Road, in Novi, MI. It is open to the public.

Artwork also includes Detroit brand favorites, including Faygo Pop, Vernors Pop, Sanders Fudge, Strohs Beer. Also included is Detroit's old Theater District (see photo).
The photographs range in size from 18” x 18” to 24” x 36”. The artwork range in size from 12” x 12” to 12” x 18”. Metro Devious Genuine Detroit Art by Sooney Kadouh ( www.metrodevious.com; metrodevious@gmail.com ) is the artist.
About 1,000 people who now live at Fox Run moved from the Detroit area. Their past ‘Detroit-esque’ occupations were automotive engineers, teachers, nurses, doctors, accountants, professors, and housewives.
Sales Director Fred Moschetta said the exhibit is one that foster celebratory memories of the best of times for the city of Detroit. “People who view the exhibit recall their first jobs and growing up in the city of Detroit,” said Moschetta, who once was an usher at Tigers Stadium. “Having a first job in downtown A school trip on the Boblo Boat and someone’s first house after arriving from Italy are among the memories.”
“The artwork has added warmth and excitement to Fox Run," he said, "creating a fun atmosphere that people want to come to everyday. It makes you feel good.”
