Drive Through Ashes
Worship with Ashes at 6:30 a.m., 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Drive Thru Ashes from 7-11 a.m.
Rev. June Marshall-Smith and members of the congregation will be providing ashes to start Lent. It is their hope that people will visit to start their day with ashes and end their evening in worship here or in their community.
In 2012 people visited from as far away as St. Clair, Michigan. One worshiper was on her way to her dad’s emergency surgery. Many were moved to tears remembering Mass as a child and receiving ashes. The Novi United Methodist Church is providing this service to ALL.
