Love canoeing and kayaking? Join your fellow fitness enthusiasts for a 7 1/2-mile race on Kent Lake. The course kicks off at the West Boat Launch and heads northeast to the Buno Road bridge, and then finishes at the West Boat Launch.
There are three classes: Single Paddler (kayaks and solo canoes), Novice/Youth (two person, paddlers with less experience and teams with paddlers under 18) and Experienced (two person, paddlers with better than average skills/fitness, competitors with Kevlar and carbon boats).
Canoes and kayaks are not provided. You must bring your own or rent from Heavner Canoe at the Start/Finish area.
