"Five Course Love" comes from a hit run Off-Broadway to the Andiamo Novi Theatre, for a series of shows Nov. 3-27.
Three actors -- Patrick O'Reilly, Farmington Hills; Aaron Moore, Plymouth; and Maren Ritter, Novi -- play a total of 15 different characters in five different restaurants. Musical styles reflect each restaurant, including a barbecue joint and an Italian trattoria, in varied situations, including a blind date gone wrong and a lonesome diner waitress hungry for love. The lyrics are clever, the tunes are catchy, and the laughs are served up fast and often.
Showtimes are 8 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and 6 p.m. Sundays. Individual show tickets are $15 Thursday and Sunday, and $20 Friday and Saturday. Dinner and show for couples runs $49.95 per pair Thursday and Sunday, and $59.95 per pair Friday and Saturday.
